1. Deliveries
We use both our own vehicles and other logistics companies
to delivery to your home.
2. Delivery
Vehicles
Customers should assume that the delivery vehicle will be a long,
heavy goods vehicle, weighing approximately 16.5 tonnes with a height
of 14' 3". Therefore it is the responsibility of the customer
to ensure that such a vehicle has legal access to their property
and inform us about any weight, height and parking restrictions,
as well as any difficult access points and unadopted roads/ paths
in order to help us deliver your order and ensure that we have made
arrangements for the appropriate size of delivery vehicle to be
used.
Failure to disclose this information may result in an aborted delivery
and a delivery charge being levied. In order to prevent damage to
our/ contracted vehicles, unadopted roads, paths and tracks will
not be taken by delivery vehicles. Alternative routes must be provided
by the customer.
Before you place your order please notify Bedlam of any special
delivery instructions for example 2nd floor flat / difficult steps/
Parking restrictions/ ’Red Route’ / Parking Permit.
3. Delivery Charges
All charges will be confirmed on the checkout stages of your order
as well as by email / post confirmation.
Free UK delivery!
All of our beds and dining sets are free delivery
to most areas of UK. Please note we are not able to specify morning
or afternoon delivery times on all items.
Saturday deliveries are only available on
certain items, and may require an extra charge according to the
delivery address and the goods ordered.
If you have any restriction on your availability
for recieving deliveries, please contact us
before ordering.
*There will be an extra
charge to deliver to Scotland, Ireland, Wales, Cornwall,
Devon, Somerset or Isle of Wight, Isle of Mann, Channel Islands.
If your delivery address is in above areas, please contact us before
you order online.
Some selected products also come with free
delivery. These products are clearly marked on our website. Multiple
orders receiving free delivery will be delivered in one drop. Split
date deliveries will be charged accordingly.
Availability
Included with your confirmation of your order will be details of
our stock availability and anticipated delivery timescales. These
are estimated delivery time given to us by our manufacturers.
If we need to order direct from the manufacturer
as we do not have the item in stock, the average lead time is 2-16
weeks depending upon the nature of the item ordered and the country
of manufacturer origin.
All lead times are approximate and may vary.
The delivery day or date given is an estimate only. A date given
for delivery shall not bed the essence of the contract. These delivery
terms are in place to protect Bedlam in the unlikely event of any
delivery problems. You must agree to our terms and conditions and
at check out stage.

you want to know the lead time of a specific product or need a bed
urgently, please do not hesitate to call 01926 419525.
Most items will normally be delivered to you
within 21 working days. Only a small part of imported products will
take 5-8 weeks to deliver. Once your order has been placed, an approximate
delivery time will be confirmed to you by email. We will contact you
again to give you an exact delivery date as soon as the items arrive
our warehouse.
4. Final Confirmation Delivery
Date
Once your item(s) is ready for despatch either we will contact you
or our contracted delivery service will contact you in order to
arrange a mutually suitable delivery date.
