1) How to place an order using the online shopping cart
To purchase a product from our site, first click on the item of interest. All of the product information will be on its page. Select the required information, (size, finish, or other product options), and click "add to cart".

After adding the item to your shopping cart, you can either continue shopping or click on "checkout" to complete the order. If you continue shopping, you may press the "shopping cart" button on the bottom left of the screen at any time to verify what is in your shopping cart.

You can edit the items in the shoppping cart by clicking these icons.

Then, once you have added everything you wish to purchase to your cart, press "checkout" from the view cart screen to go to the “your delivery area” page. Delivering to CV postcode is free of charge. Click here to see the charge of delivery if you need to deliver to other postcode.

Next step is filling our secure checkout form. Once you have completed your personal information your credit or debit card payment will be taken from the online secure banking facility. Bedlam Beds work in partnership with ProtX Ltd to ensure maximum confidence in the security of its online ordering.

2) How to place an order by e-mail
If you would prefer to e-mail us with your request, please e-mail your order to info@bedlambeds.co.uk. In order to capture all of the information we require to process your order, please state your name (on credit/debit card), telephone number, Email address, detailed address for delivery. Please do not send your credit/ debit card details via e-mail for security reasons.

We will contact you as soon as possible to follow up your order request as well as take your credit/debit card details for immediate payment.
*Please note that we do not accept payment by way of cheque.

3) How to place an order by e-mail

We will send you a confirmation email after you placing the order on the phone.

All prices listed include VAT (Value Added Tax) at the UK standard rate of 17.5%.

Due to circumstances beyond our control prices may have to be increased or decreased including any alterations to VAT. Any special offers will be priced accordingly showing the specific period this item is on special offer for.

Payment can be made on the web site by Mastercard, Visa credit card, Switch or Delta debit card.


All orders are payable in full before delivery.
You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer.

If the issuer of your card refuses to authorize payment, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery and we are not obliged to inform you of the refusal.

Authority for payment must be given at the time of order. Our liability to you in connection with any order will not exceed the total price charged for the relevant items. We are not responsible for your card issuer or bank charging you as a result of our processing of your credit/debit card payment. Prices that are reduced for sales and promotions are only valid for the specified period.

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase, but if you wish to return the item, we aim to make it as quick and convenient as possible. If for any reason you are dissatisfied, you may return the item within seven days of purchase as long as the item is in exactly same condition as when purchased.

If the item is received damaged from our delivery we will, at our cost, pick up and repair the damage and at your choice re-deliver or refund payment. The choice is yours.
