Company history

Omer Lefevre, youngest son in a family of cabinet makers, established his furniture factory in 1937. The first premises on the actual site at Izegem were built in 1950.
We have been exporting our furniture from 1959 to the present day. Today Lefevre supplies outlets on a regular basis in Belgium, Luxemburg, France, United Kingdom, Ireland, Switzerland and the Netherlands."
In 1963 Meubelfabriek Omer Lefevre nv became a limited company, run by the second generation of the family, the third generation took over the running of the company in 1996 secured the continuity of Lefevre as a well established family business.

The facings and bedframes are completely made with solid wood from carefully selected timbers, therefore, every component is unique as no natural material can be reproducted.

Solid timber always produces a pleasant warmth and charm. Carefully selected materials are chosen to create designs, which give a guarantee of longevity, functionality and durability. Therefore very special attention is given to quality control throughout the whole manufacturing process.
